FOX 3.2 Factory Race Series Internal Bypass Suspension (Toyota & Lexus) Upgrade to race-level suspension performance with the 3.2 Factory Race Series , engineered to deliver maximum control, strength, and consistency in the most demanding off-road conditions. This system brings advanced racing technology into a direct bolt-on solution for modern platforms. At the core is a 3.2-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum shock body , designed to increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation for consistent damping under extreme use. The Type II anodized finish protects against corrosion and wear in harsh environments. The defining feature is FOX’s patented internal bypass technology , which creates position- and velocity-sensitive damping zones inside the shock. This allows for a smooth ride during normal driving while progressively increasing damping force during large impacts, preventing harsh bottom-outs and maintaining control over rough terrain Equipped with a finned remote reservoir , the system increases oil and nitrogen capacity while improving cooling performance. The reservoir also houses the DSC EVO (Dual Speed Compression Evolution) adjuster , allowing independent tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression for precise suspension control. The DSC EVO system uses Variable Valve Control (VVC) , enabling high-speed damping adjustments without compromising small-bump comfort—resulting in a balanced ride across all terrain types.
